Frank Bradley founded Air Specialties Air Conditioning & Heating in 1952. More than 70 years later, we’re still under the same family ownership, now into our second generation. We offer full service contracts for customers who want year-round coverage on both heating and cooling systems, along with maintenance packages built to fit different budgets. Scheduling maintenance twice a year (fall for heating and spring for cooling) is the standard recommendation for keeping systems efficient and catching problems early.

When a system is older than 15 years and needs frequent repairs, replacement often makes more financial sense than continued service. Our technicians give you an honest assessment either way. We don’t push replacements when a repair is the right answer, and we don’t upsell when a straightforward fix is all your system needs.
