As a customer service representative, your number one goal is to book every inbound call in a clear and personable manner using our customized script. We offer ongoing training to boost book call stats and ensure we consistently deliver excellent customer service. As the first person to interact with our customers, it is important to build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business.
Accurate information must be obtained and entered into customer database. Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, great attitude on life and thrive in a fast paced environment, highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities, goal driven environment. strong verbal, written and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are also required. Must be able to interact with service technicians and dispatch calls to technicians and prioritize incoming service calls and complete paperwork.
