I have just had my annual furnace tuneup once again with Air Specialties. Mike was here on time and as always did a very thorough job inspecting and sharing everything he was doing. I have been with Air Specialties over 5 years now and couldn't be happier with this company.
We have our Navion system serviced each year since it was installed in November 2021. It is a joy to have Air Specialties service tech Mike come out each year and do a thorough inspection. He is very nice, honest and joy to talk with when he is here. The installation of our Navion system was through Air Specialties as well and did a great job. Highly recommend them for yoir next install.

I have used Air Specialties for several decades to install and maintain two furnaces with humidifiers attached, two air conditioners, and a heat pump. Not once have I had any reason to complain about the company's service. And I am *not* one who hesitated to squawk to my pre-retirement employer (Yale), when I see something broken or unsafe in my classroom or office.
This team is an A+.I went to turn on my central air for the first time this season the beginning of last week and nothing happened. I spoke with Barb on Wednesday knowing that I would need to get my old system replaced. Friday morning Bob came out to check out my existing set up and write me up for a quote. That afternoon John and Sam squeezed me into their schedule, fixed a few items and filled up my coolant. When they left me and my pup were nice and cool. Barb followed up with me shortly after just to check in an make sure I was happy!On Tuesday this week I received the quote for the new system.My parents have been using them for over 20 years!Great company and team work, thank you!!!
My AC wouldn’t go below 82 right at the start of the June ‘24 heatwave. Bob sent a specialist out the day after I called. The AC works good as new, and it was all done for a reasonable price. I now have a go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. Recommend them highly!
My AC was not working the day before a heat wave came in. Bob and his team had someone at my house within 4 hours and fixed the issue for a fair price. Highly recommend.

We had a brand new central air system and furnace installed over the course of 2 days. The installation techs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They even repaired and improved other parts of our system/ducting that was not expected to be worked on. Would recommend!

Our Central AC unit wasn't working in late July and Air Specalties came out quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem.Our system was 18 years old and we needed a new one. Mike and Sam the two installers came out within a week and did a fantastic job installing the new Unit. Bob Bradley the owner of Air Specialties walked us through everything step by step. I highly recommnend using Air Specailties!

Technicians were on time, friendly, and efficient. We've been a customer for many years. Air Specialties has replaced our furnace and air conditioning over the last couple of years. Replacement of a 30year old central air unit approximately 4yrs ago. Enjoyed, was thoroughly satisfied, with my experience with Air Specialties. Customer service of technicians and Bob are great. The air conditioning unit is top notch. Since then, I have continued on with the yearly air conditioning maintenance and haven't been disappointed.

Both my husband and I were away, but my parents were able to meet the tech at our house. Mike was very helpful, very kind and was able to solve the problem and even allowed us to purchase a used part at a fraction of the cost of a new one.It was a bit stressful leaving my parents to deal with the issue, but Mike was great and so professional that it made what could have been a real headache into an easy fix.
